Your top consideration is quality.
Choose the one that’s durable and made of good material that can last for years. Kitchen sinks are an important feature in your kitchen. Given the plethora of options in the market, choosing the right one can be a bit overwhelming. But you can easily narrow it down to the one that fits according to your lifestyle, function, kitchen practices and habits with cleanability, sound absorption and assured longevity.

Choose the right installation type.
Kitchen sinks can be mounted in different ways: top-mount, under-mount and apron front. The installation type will depend on your kitchen cabinet size, usability and effectiveness. Top mounted sinks are easy to install and are often used with laminate countertops. Sinks mounted beneath makes sweeping debris off the kitchen surface and into bowl easy. This kind of installation is best with solid surface, stone and quartz countertop. Apron front sinks or fam house sinks are notable for the aesthetic of its front panel or apron.

Size Matters.
Although sink size is often a personal choice, make sure it is proportional to the  the size of your kitchen cabinets  and space. Dimensions, shape and design varies from brand to brand, it’s important to know what you really need. Measure your area before you purchase, check the depth of your sink as sinks have also varied depth measurements. You will need the right size and proper configuration. It should also be appropriate in terms of ergonomics.

Functionality and Features.
There are sink designs that offer unique features which enhances and optimizes performance and luxurious experience. Some have extra accessories  that turn your sink into a multifunctional space making you work more efficiently.

Are you the type who hides so many things in your closet? It's everybody's predicament, we know. None of us is a stranger when it comes to stacking up personal belongings that some  reach the point
of a treasure  hunt just to find something they need on a daily basis. It may seem like there is no easy way out of this closet situation but designing and organizing your closet without tossing your favorite stuff is actually not that difficult. If you are starting on a clean slate, push for the non-conventional cabinet type now famously known as the pole system.

Unlike a built in carpentry made cabinet, the pole system is predominantly innovated for optimal performance. With its customization capabilities, its functional possibilities are also limitless. It's a unique system that's easy to assemble and can be configured  in any space you want according to your specific  storage needs. It's a unique modular concept that is structurally practical and durable, it has become a household favorite among our clients who has tested and proven its flexibility, easy use and  an ideal solution for uncomplicated closet organization.

HOW IT WORKS:

This kind of joinery system does not require a carcass. The shelves, hang rods and drawers are directly attached to the premium high grade, non-corrosive, aluminum poles. These poles can be erected in three different methods: floor to ceiling, wall to ceiling, or wall to wall. As the components  can easily be interchanged and arranged   in different ways and heights, you can  effectively maximize your stockpile of belongings with a well designed, well executed use of space. Aesthetically, the materials and wood grain finishes are  varied that you can use melamine,  glass, or both for shelving and drawers. It is versatile, stunning, simple and clean  with tested durability that is certified to carry up to 15kg of weight per lineal foot.  As it is not a fixed cabinet, the quick assembly means that you can also easily take it out  to adopt to your changing needs and evolving lifestyle  or  relocate it to a new desired location. You can leave it open or hide it with different  door systems and  you can also add built in lighting and other accessories as well.

With all these benefits, you can now perfectly tailor your wardrobe storage that's also practically within reach!

In Feng Shui, the flow of chi, is essential in correlating balance and harmony between people and their environments as it incorporates the five elements--water, earth, metal, wood and fire. Chi is the "life breath", the energy that binds life together. It's goal is to replicate that sense of well-being and positive synergy in homes, offices, businesses and other man made venues.

Here are our tips in optimizing the flow of energy  in the important areas in your home.

1. Office Feng Shui

Your workplace strongly influences your creativity and productivity. When you work in a low-energy space, you run out of energy. Feng Shui enhances the energy of a space, which in turn supports your personal energy. If you feel that the energy of your space is lackluster, bring in light, nature, color and perhaps change the direction of your desk to find that good energy spot.  Make sure that you don't place your office desk with back to the door. The power position is diagonally opposite to it. Because if you cannot see the door. then you will miss out on opportunities. Place metallic colors in the west side of the space. All metals symbolize and attract money.Incorporate silver, brass, steel, etc.Use either a wood desk or a wood chair and try to place something wood in the east corner of the room. This will inspire your creativity and ensure loyal customers or followers. Overcrowded working paper, stationery and so on, lead to stagnation that will reflect not only the quality of work, but your mental state.  Remove everything that you are not using, arrange the documents and place them in closets or drawers.

2. Bedroom Feng Shui

Have plenty of space and the start with the ideal placement of your bed. According to Feng Shui, having a view of the door from the bed without getting too close to, gives a sense of safety and is conducive to relaxation and sleep. The lay-out of your bedroom should be square or rectangular for stability and should give a sense of comfort. A sturdy headboard is a must, the head of the bed should be placed against the wall and  underneath your bed should be clutter free. Opt for relaxing and soothing color schemes, like light yellows, earth tones, and beige. Get rid of every eyesore. Remove electronic devices as it  disturbs rest and symbolizes wakefulness. Avoid mirrors that reflect your bed directly. Do not use sad and lonely artworks, painting, or images in your bedroom. Choose the ones that evoke love, happy relationships, body healing and intimacy.

3. Kitchen Feng Shui

A Feng Shui kitchen symbolizes health, abundance, and even wealth. Because of its importance in the lives of the residents, the kitchen is a key space that benefits significantly from Feng Shui. Kitchen is a place with both fire and water, so the most critical point is the balance between Yin and Yang and the proper relation between fire and water. With it being a fire symbol, it shouldn't be placed at the center of the house as it will bring down the luck of all the occupants of the house, causing instability and health issues. Do not place it in front of the house either. The ideal position for the kitchen is on either the southern or eastern side of a house, separated from the dining room. It also should not be below a toilet or adjacent to one. The placement of the stove and sink should be in such a manner that they are not next to each other or directly opposite each other. Make sure to fix any leaks as this can drain your money. Your kitchen should be well-lit and well-ventilated. Make sure to create  a relaxing space. A potted plant or a bouquet of flowers can add life and improve the energy in the room.

4. Bathroom Feng Shui

The bathroom door shall not face the entrance door directly. According to the Feng Shui theory, this kind of layout will lead to many diseases and it is the main reason of poor family luck. The bathroom shall not be moist. In terms of Feng Shui, the bathroom shall be clean and dry; the floor shall not have water and the toilet seat shall be cleaned regularly. In this way, the bathroom will not have too much moisture and the evil spirit will be swept out, bringing good luck to the family. Do not place mirrors if they will reflect dirt, clutter, sharp angles of wall or furniture. Add a natural element. Decorate it with a houseplant. Not only do they improve the energy, they also increase health and naturally purify the air.  If there is no window in the bathroom, use full-spectrum bulbs in the overhead lighting fixture which simulates natural sunlight and boosts healthy energy.
Strive to keep your bathroom tile, paint, and accessories on the lighter  side.

Generally, Feng Shui is not just another way to decorate a home. But while it's good flow of positive energy  may help in creating and achieving our goals, whether money, love, or health, it is equally important to take positive action and believe in the power of hard work.

We don't think so!
But there are ways to do it right.  Open shelving can give a little fun to your kitchen and create a lively, warm, inviting space. But  restrain yourself from stashing   those kitsch all together for your guests to see. Kitchens aren't naturally flawless, but disorganized, chaotic clutter is not a pretty sight. Remember to keep it simple. Go for a streamlined, coordinated look with decors that has neutral pallets and group them in the same cluster, preferably into  threes. Combine function with your own decorative flair. Make it personal by jazzing it with  a few pieces that shows off your style and creativity, even your mood. Choose the ones that's easy to clean and don't forget to add some greens!

If clutter makes you crazy you might be a minimalist.

Clean and  tranquil, simple but not boring. Less but not exactly bare. A Minimalist chooses the basic above anything else. Its not easy to simplify especially if we are attached to so many things inside our home. However,  we can all agree  that organizing  our possessions can get overwhelmingly tiring everyday-- especially in the kitchen.  Naturally, that's one stressful habit  a minimalist has given up. So, how to live more with less? Simplifying is merely the starting point. Let us start with the kitchen.

1.  Invest in a High Quality, Low Maintenance Counter top.

Given the plethora of options in the market, there is one material that perfectly fit the minimalist in you- the solid surface counter top. It's cost effective, durable, practical and  looks great with little effort. It's hygienic standards and resistance to stains and molds makes cleaning  fast and easy, it will not only make your kitchen surface clutter free with disinfectants and sanitation products but you can do more with your time saved as well.

2. Maximize Your Storage Space.

Focus on function. Edit and eliminate. It's not how much you have, it's how you use it. Cooking pans, pots,  kitchen utensils, appliances-- nail them down to basics and  store your stuffs out of sight. When you've finally narrowed your essentials, organization is key. Go for modular cabinets where every inch matters.  It offers a wide range of versatile, space savvy solution applications that designates all your storage needs efficiently. When everything is tucked neatly, don't forget to leave a few simple decorations that can serve as accent and add visual interest to your space.

3. Go Handle-less or go Full.

Hardware free  on flat panel cabinets add a pinch of clean, polished  sleekness to any kitchen design. With built-in mechanisms, it makes them easy to use.   A continuous cabinet handle on the other hand offers a simple linear aesthetic by running uninterrupted between doors and drawers.

4. Emphasize Light and Space

Light and airy spaces soothe the mind. Refine your kitchen space by incorporating natural light in, avoiding door and window treatments or toning it down to simple, neutral solid colors. Too much ornate in the window is clutter. Add a little amount of accent and ambient light to break monotony. Effective use of space promotes  synergy   with outside views and effortless, inviting workflow with other areas inside the house, avoiding possible obstruction and  separations. Avoid unnecessary furniture to allow enough space.

5. Restrain Your Color Pallettes

Tone down your color scheme. Ditch loud, intense colors that can cause distraction. Opt for something clean, subdued colors that's fresh and timeless. Neutrals are usually cool, chic, and classic. Neutrals paired with wood also create a perfect symmetry of modern sophistication that's aesthetically flexible. Nothing spells  minimalist than a calming ambiance of light and elegance.
